The World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF) is the biggest and most respected natural bodybuilding federation in the world. For over 33 years has been dedicated to promoting drug-free bodybuilding. It has the strictest drug testing policies and hosts competitions worldwide, attracting some of the best natural physique athletes from around the globe.

Sebastian Valdivia , President of WNBF Australia

Sebastian, originally from Chile, is a professional Men's Physique athlete with the WNBF since 2019, having earned his pro card in Singapore.

He has been in Taiwan for some time, but he lived in Australia from 2009 to 2015, where he not only developed tremendous love for this beautiful country but also a passion in fitness and natural bodybuilding.

Sebastian is also a Sports Nutritionist with the SNA, a certified personal trainer, and a holder of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.

Sebastian holds an internationally recognised WNBF judge certificate, and regularly judges shows alongside his wife Yalan Ponsford .

The next show they will be part of is this April for the WNBF Taiwan.

Yalan Ponsford, Vice-President WNBF Australia

Although she has never competed, Yalan has been a phenomenal support system for Sebastian since day one of his journey as a competitive athlete.

She also remains actively involved with the WNBF – most notably being Vice-President of WNFB Australia and regularly being part of the panel of judges for WNBF Taiwan.

Yalan holds Australian and Taiwanese citizenship, possesses two bachelor's degrees – one in business and one in civil engineering - and is a certified personal trainer.

Yalan and Sebastian have been part of the competitive bodybuilding industry since 2017, but it wasn't only 2019 that Sebastian had his first competition with the WNBF.

At Taiwan's first show, Yalan and Sebastian met Bob Bell, Vice President, and Tina Smith, Secretary, and became friends with Eason Lu and Kevin Lin (president and vice president of WNBF Taiwan). From then, they started sharing the WNBF and natural competitive bodybuilding via social media.

Sebastian and Yalan took over WNBF Australia after being entrusted with the federation by Bob and Tina when former president and vice-president Toby and Jane Gartner had to step down due to personal reasons.

Sebastian and Yalan are extremely grateful to the WNBF and former president and vice-president of the WNBF Australia for this opportunity.
